Timing of Specimen Collection:
Pre-dose (trough) draw – at steady state concentration

Collection Container:
Red BD Hemogard™ Serum Tube (No Additive)
Do not use serum separator tubes.
Alternative:
1 mL plasma in Lavender BD Hemogard™ K2EDTA Tube
Collection Instructions:
Separate serum from cells immediately or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer the specimen into a standard aliquot tube and send refrigerated.

0.5 mL (increase from 0.15 mL)

We suggest ordering FLT3 ITD and TKD Mutation Detection by PCR (FLT3IT).
