Provide percentage of tumor cells present, minimum 10%. Specimens that undergo heavy metal fixation or are decalcified with strong acids (i.e., formic acid) are not acceptable for molecular testing. Non-decalcified specimens or samples that undergo EDTA decalcification are acceptable. |
