Specimens will be available for 3 years from the date of collection. To order testing on this specimen for Cleveland Clinic patients, please place an Epic order for DNA and RNA for Clinical Testing (SQNUCADD). To order for patients outside of the Cleveland Clinic system, please request DNA and RNA for Clinical Testing, order code NUCADD. Note: Only DNA will be extracted from blood samples. If additional paperwork is required for testing, please send completed forms via secure email to DNASendOuts@ccf.org
