Two interphase FISH assays detecting copy number variations of the RREB1 (6p23.3), MYB (6q23.3), CCND1 (11q13.3), and CDKN2A (9p21.3) genes, as well as MYC (8q24.21) amplification. Useful in diagnosing and classifying cutaneous melanoma. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
