Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered. No special preservatives required. Submit total volume. Note: Specimens from New York clients will be sent out to a New York DOH approved laboratory, if possible. This test is not New York DOH approved at any laboratory. An approved non-permitted laboratory (NPL) form must accompany specimen.
