       1.00 EV or greater: Positive: Antibody to Candida albicans detected, which may indicate a current or past infection.

Bacterially contaminated, heat-inactivated, hemolyzed, icteric, lipemic or turbid specimens will be rejected. Specimens from New York clients will be sent out to a New York DOH approved laboratory, if possible.
