Clinical Info
Interphase FISH analysis used to assist in the diagnosis of various aggressive B-cell lymphomas. A panel of four FISH probes are employed: a dual color MYC break-apart probe, a dual fusion, dual color MYC::IGH probe, a dual color BCL2 break-apart probe, and a dual color BCL6 break-apart probe. The translocation partner gene(s) cannot be identified in this assay. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
