Interphase FISH analysis utilizing a dual color, break-apart probe for the DUSP22/IRF4 genes at 6p25.3. Rearrangements involving these genes are observed in ALK-negative, anaplastic large cell lymphomas. The translocation partner cannot be identified in this assay. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
