Clinical Info
Interphase FISH analysis utilizing a three color, dual fusion probe set specific to the MYC gene at 8q24.1 and the IGH gene at 14q32.33, in conjunction with the centromere of chromosomes 8. The t(8;14) rearrangement may be seen in Burkitt lymphoma and double hit B-cell lymphomas. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
