Clinical Info

The test is used to screen for Hepatitis B Virus surface antigen. All positive/reactive results must be confirmed by HBsAg confirmatory test which is automatically added.

Clinical Limitation

Criteria for rejection: Heat inactivated, pooled, grossly hemolyzed, obvious microbial contamination.
