Special Info
For infants up to 4 months of age. Those specimens with a positive antiglobulin test will have antibody identification performed and will incur additional fees. All blood bank samples and requisitions must be labeled with the patient's full name and a unique permanent ID number, social security number, or patient's date of birth. If red cell units are ordered, the sample must be labeled with the date and initials of the phlebotomist drawing the sample.
