Clinical Info
This test can be useful to diagnose and predict disease recurrence, potential outcome, and efficacy of therapy in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Pancreastatin plays a role in human intermediary metabolism and disease and qualitative hereditary alterations in the primary structure may give rise to individual differences in glucose disposition.
