Special Info
Critical Frozen. Thawed specimens are unacceptable. Specimens stored at -20 degrees C are unacceptable. Serum from a plain (no additive) red top tube is the only acceptable specimen type. Gel separator tubes are not acceptable. Send frozen serum Priority Overnight via FedEx in a well-insulated container on dry ice. Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.
