Pathology Consultative Services

Pediatric Pathology

The Pediatric Pathology Service provides consultation on all facets of pediatric pathology. The unique structure of Pediatric Pathology at Cleveland Clinic affords results in cases often being reviewed in tandem with experts from one or more other “adult” subspecialties. This ability to leverage the combined experience of a board-certified pediatric pathologist with world experts in all subspecialities, as well as the large catalogue of ancillary studies available at one of the nation’s largest departments, provides a diagnostic synergy that may not be available in a traditional “stand-alone” pediatric hospital setting.

Our internationally recognized pathologists have formal training and extensive experience and includes board certified pediatric/perinatal pathologists working within one of largest pathology departments in the country with world-renowned experts in all fields of pathology, including soft-tissue, GI pathology, vascular anomalies, dermatopathology, and more. They have written numerous articles, book chapters, and textbooks on the topic and frequently give domestic and international lectures.
