F-Actin (Smooth Muscle) IgG test is used as an aid in diagnosing autoimmune hepatitis. They can also be detected with less prevalence in primary biliary cholangitis. Weak positive antibodies, where present, can be seen in healthy individuals. Clinical correlation is required.
