Clinical Info
Interphase FISH analysis utilizing a dual color, break-apart probe for the CCND1 gene at 11q13.3. Rearrangements of the CCND1 gene are observed in mantle cell lymphoma, a subset of plasma cell myeloma, and other B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The translocation partner gene cannot be identified in this assay. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
