Fungal antibody test by immunodiffusion may be used as an aid in diagnosis of infection with endemic dimorphic fungi. Aspergillus serology may be used as an aid in diagnosis of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis. This test combination may rarely be indicated. Please consider individual testing where clinically and epidemiologically indicated.
