Clinical Info
Scl-70/Scleroderma antibody test is used as an aid in diagnosis of systemic sclerosis especially the diffuse cutaneous form. A negative result cannot rule out systemic sclerosis. The final interpretation should consider clinical picture and other test results such as anti-centromere antibody.
